Suk Yin (Shirley) takes the time to understand your requirements, asks the right questions and will only suggest properties that match your requirements. She is also very flexible when it comes to arranging viewings.

She was very practical, down to earth and knowledgeable about the area. She advised us on the right things to do and not to do. Super helpful and wonderful to work with. We didn’t feel like she was transactional like other agents we dealt with.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
