Fantastic Agent – Mary went above and beyond! I cannot recommend Mary enough! She is an exceptional real estate agent who truly cares about her clients. What stood out most was her incredible negotiation skills—she worked really hard to get the deal done and ensured I got the best possible outcome. Mary is one of the most honest, hard-working, and caring person I have ever met in last 10+ years in Hongkong. She showed me apartments multiple times, patiently making sure every detail was perfect until I felt completely satisfied and happy with my choice. She never rushed me and always prioritized what made me feel comfortable. If you want an agent who is dedicated, transparent, and genuinely kind, look no further than Mary. I’m so grateful for her help.

After our tenant moved out of our Pok Fu Lam flat at short notice, we were in desperate need to make a decision – sell or rent. We sought the assistance of Rosie McCann, who guided as through the process, taking into account market sentiment and irrefutable residential property data. It was clear that renting was the sensible option. Working with Rosie was seamless as she took photos for Okay.com, coordinated necessary maintenance and shortlisted tenants. We had a tenant and a contract confirmed in less than 2 months. It was a huge relief. My wife Bernice and I would strongly recommend Rosie to any prospective tenant or landlord.
