Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

Kerstin Frank
Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! Thank you so much Kerstin for helping us find our new home!

Kerstin Frank
Kerstin immediately impressed me with her ability to interpret my preferences and needs. She is certainly a professional with great experience and in a short time manages to propose the best solutions available. She is empathic and proactive. So far my best experience with a property agent in HK
