As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Soi was incredibly personable, professional, unflappable and committed to creating a smooth transaction from the moment I got off the plane, to well after the signing. I arrived with only a few days to find a place. But Soi was well organized and made me feel like I was her only client, meeting me over the weekend and with little notice during the week to see and re-see houses. Soi very quickly honed in on what I was looking for, and that helped things move along. Once we zeroed in on a decision, I felt Soi was very much on my side in negotiating with the landlords. It was obvious Soi has a very deep knowledge of the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung areas, and I am sure other areas, too. While we were out looking, if I happened to see a house that wasn’t on the list but looked empty, Soi seemed to magically have the number for the owner. We are really happy and I can say with confidence that Soi is a big reason why. I would recommend her strongly to anyone looking for real estate advice.

Tommy is very responsive and acts quickly to resolve queries/issues. We liked his friendly but professional approach. Would definitely recommend Tommy to our friends/family.
