Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! I also liked your Company's interface that shows the listing with all details and available photographs. It was easy to shortlist the flats to view through the portal and be able to post comments.
