I have engaged Kim’s services on multiple occasions over many years to help with finding new rentals of various forms in Clear Water Bay, and more recently relocating back to Hong Kong Island. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

Ning is very professional and great at what she does. She can always understand and satisfy our needs. And she’s very detail oriented during all the renting process.
