The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!). Jayde and OKAY.com are by far the best real estate service I've ever used. Everything was just perfect from the beginning to the end: personalized, fast, efficient and professional! Can only recommend them! And the next time I need to find a new place I know who to call!

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off.
