I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Daphne was patient whilst we were trying to decide which location we wanted to live in; She was very informative and shared her knowledge and experience in the various areas. We found Daphne very easy to communicate with - she was very responsive and super friendly towards me and my family. Don was much more structured and clear in his communications and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision.
