Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. Some agents show us what they want to sell, and not what the client is looking for. In contrast, Liza is friendlier, more knowledgeable, and more focused on customers' requirements.
