Moving to Hong Kong with two kids in the middle of the school year, not knowing anything about the city was daunting. We were living outside the US for the first time and I was feeling overwhelmed. She had made appointments with a variety of great properties to show us, all fitting our brief. She helped us to understand the pros and cons of each area, and was honest in her opinions of each property. She was on top of everything and was prompt and patient with our seemingly endless questions. Because of Max, we found a fantastic apartment with a favorable rental which feels like home.
