Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Shirley was found via internet property search. She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time. A number of things stood out for me working with Melanie: she is friendly, approachable & responsive, she clearly understood our needs and was able to direct us to properties which we ended up loving (to the point of confusion!) and she has impressive knowledge of the HK property market and its nuances, knowledge we heavily relied on in finding a home.
