Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. Personal service at its best - Jayde Pamuk really promoted the flat when it was on the market and always gave feedback when a potential client viewed the property as well as giving her own personal helpful comments.
