My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. Following the sale Jane subsequently found us a rental property which fits perfectly with what we wanted at this stage of our lives. Sales and rental, in both regards very happy customers.
