My initial foray into real estate hunting in HK was quite stressful. I arrived from Sydney where the process is very different and felt I was being pressured into making a decision. During our second viewing he showed me two properties which I loved and it was a tough decision for me to pick. His knowledge of Hong Kong is immense and he pointed out some practicalities, such as the apartment I chose being in a more well lit and safer area which is key as I start work early. Daniel secured the apartment for me and I was able to move in within a week. He also helped liaise with the landlord ensuring I received a few things I was after - such as new blinds for the bedrooms.
