It was a pleasure searching for our new apartment with Liza's assistance. The quality and range against what we specified was accurate, making the process very efficient in terms of time spent on viewings.

We are most grateful to Ian Cheng for his help in locating our home in Hong Kong. He is insightful, helpful and most important he understands the challenges faced by his clients during relocation from another market. He is resourceful, extremely quick and fast in giving options so that no time is wasted. He also goes beyond his call of duty and is generous in sharing his own personal contacts to help us with the relocation be it contacts from cars, workshops, telecommunication plans, vintage wines etc. Our utmost appreciation to Ian for his help for our relocation!

Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Shirley and OKAY Property. I’d love to refer her/the company to my friends.
