I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way!
