Very efficient & helpful.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

I recently decided to find a new apartment and I was glad to find OKAY.com. Matthieu provided significant help, he took me to five flats which were exactly the kind of apartments I was looking for! He understood exactly my needs and tastes and it saved a lot of my time. Besides, as I am French, it was helpful to have somebody who speaks the same language. I really recommend this agency and specially Matthieu for his patience and kindness. It is never easy to find a new flat and this agency made my life easier.
