Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.

Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off.
