Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a flat in Hong Kong.

Carment was friendly and so quick to respond to every and any query or request I had. He was ultra helpful when it came to searching for the perfect place for my dog, and made the effort to send a picture of my dog to any possible landlords in advance to be transparent for both parties. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal.
