Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We have yet to encounter such dedication to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We highly recommend and commend her for her tireless work. When I first arrived in Hong Kong, the housing market seemed very daunting. However, a colleague recommended Jayde and the whole process ended up being very painless. The combination of her understanding my needs and the excellent knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods led to us finding a great place surprisingly quickly, which was a great relief.
