Professionalism. She listened and understood our needs. She provided us with numerous options. She showed she cared. She knows all the areas we wanted to see. She made appointments promptly. She communicated promptly and effectively. She represented our interests. She made referrals to support us. And after we moved in she still connects with us to continue the relationship. I will only recommend Okay.com and of course will always recommend Janis.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

His professionalism and attention to details. Dawson comprehensively covered all my bases by planning well in advance of handover and anticipating any potential issues which might arise. During the house search, his well-connected network opened doors which would not otherwise be possible, which allowed me to get informed first-hand whenever a new listing arose.
