We were so fortunate to find Shirley as our realtor! When we started our apartment hunt, we were new to Hong Kong. Shirley did a great job finding many different options that fit our long list of requirements for a home. She was attentive, got us in quickly to see units and learned what we liked and didn’t like. Shirley went above and beyond with negotiations, paperwork and even set up our utilities. As Westerners, there was so much we didn’t understand about the Hong Kong real estate market. Shirley prioritizes your wants & needs and will find exactly what you’re looking for. We will recommend Shirley to everyone we know in Hong Kong.

Suk Yin (Shirley) truly listens and understands our needs. All her property proposals matched the requirements we put forward (you know, most agents just sell what they want to sell and propose flats way out of the client’s budget!). In the course of confirming the contract, her swift response to our numerous requests and questions, and that all the paper works were decently processed indeed helped relieve our stress of moving home. After moving in, Shirley closely followed up with us and made sure we were all settled in. Highly recommend Shirley, the most decent property agent we have encountered, and OKAY.com for your flat hunt.

Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
