Biography
Thomas has been involved in the Hong Kong real estate industry for more than a decade. Prior to joining OKAY.com, he worked at JLL Group as a commercial property manager, providing professional real estate services to a wide range of companies including listed companies and retail chains.
His extensive experience advising companies and negotiating with major developers elevates his ability to achieve the best terms for his clients, be they potential tenants, buyers or sellers.
A Hong Kong native from birth through University and beyond, Thomas has a thorough knowledge on what you need to understand and know about the ‘East meets West’ charachertistics that makes this city so unique.
He is a native Cantonese speaker, and is also fluent in English and Mandarin. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys Hiking, Basketball and reading.
