Biography
Growing up in both in Hong Kong and Nepal, Kalpana (“Kal”) brings both local knowledge and an international perspective to the home search process.
Prior to joining the real estate industry in 2010, Kal spent 14 years in the hospitality industry in a variety of roles that honed her skills and strengths in client-service, sales, marketing and communications. Her underlying passion for working with people made her transition to real estate an intuitive and seamless one. These skills, combined with in-depth property knowledge and expertise, enable her to play a valuable and fulfilling advisory role in helping her clients in all aspects of their home search process.
Fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi, Kal is well versed in with both sales and leasing.
