Highlights

Mid-Levels West is connected to Central by an 800m long escalator that runs downhill from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and uphill from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

The restaurants and nightlife of Soho and Lan Kwai Fong in Central are in close vicinity of Mid-Levels Central and West.

The Peak is easily accessible from Mid-Levels West on foot by various roads, trails and a ride on the Peak Tram. A great number of buses and minibuses also bring visitors to the renowned Hong Kong landmark from Mid-Levels West.

The Zoological and Botanical Gardens is located opposite Government House in the heart of Mid-Levels Central, while Hong Kong Park is located above Pacific Place in Admiralty. St. John's Cathedral on Garden Road is one of the oldest and most historical landmarks in Hong Kong. At the same time, it is the only freehold land in Hong Kong.

Canossa Hospital and The Adventist are the most notable private hospitals in the district.
