5 September 2014 - Sino Land (0083) yesterday released the price list of the last 68 units of The Avenue - Phase 2 in Wan Chai.. Two penthouse units with pools are asking for approx. HKD52,000 per sq.ft, marking two of the most expensive properties in the district.
For the 68 newly launched apartments at The Avenue - Phase 2. Flat A on the 48th floor of Tower 3, sized at 2,472 sq. ft. (saleable) with a private rooftop and swimming pool is being sold for an asking price of HKD126 million (51,036 per sq. ft.). It is the most expensive unit in the batch even after taking into account the maximum discount of 17.5% by the developer.
Additionally, another rooftop pool unit, Flat A on 48th floor at Tower 2 sized at 2,006 sq. ft. (saleable), is asking for a high price of HKD104 million (HKD52,179 per sq. ft.).
