Towers 8, 9 and 10 are also arranged in a row facing northeast with views of the Aberdeen Marina Club & Boat Club. There are four units per standard floor with saleable areas starting from 425 to 1,637 sq. ft., most of which feature a balcony or flat roof. Residents of LARVOTTO can enjoy a wide array of leisure facilities provided at the clubhouse, Club Voyage, which spans a massive 58,500 sq. ft. LARVOTTO’s clubhouse is equipped with a gym, swimming pools, spa, sauna and steam room together with a landscaped garden and ample play area.
