I worked with Rosie over the past few months to find a new home in Hong Kong. I found her to be incredibly professional and thorough. Two things really stood out for me. Her deep knowledge of the market which she leveraged to identify the right property for me and her attention to detail when it came to finalising the agreement and managing the handover. I would highly recommend partnering with Rosie to find your perfect home in Hong Kong. Rosie certainly went the extra mile to support me, not only on the property but also on other matters relating to moving to Hong Kong.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. Thank you so much for your professional service and we will definitely rely on her when we need a new flat in future.
