Alan is organized, thoughtful, and professional with the right amount of fun. He learns what appeals to his clients and helps find the right place to meet their needs. Alan has his clients best interest in mind and communicates really well with potential landlords. This was my second time working with Alan and I recommend him to everyone.

She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! I met with many agents but Shirley was by far the most attentive and helpful one. She understood my requirements right away and started showing me all my options which led me to get a better understanding of the market situation. She worked very hard to negotiate with the landlord on what I wanted. Unlike many others who always seem to be on the landlord side, she worked hard to satisfy all.
