Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good.
