Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.
