Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me. When it came time to sign the lease, she was very helpful and thorough. I am very happy in my new flat and have her to thank for that.
