Having just moved to Hong Kong, navigating the rental property market was daunting but Tammy made it so much easier. She was thorough in her explanation of all the documentation and processes; helped me narrow down locations based on my specific requirements; highly responsive and always forthcoming with advice + help (not just on properties - ask her anything). It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. I had a very specific neighborhood in mind, one that has relatively few rental apartments and mostly office buildings, which made the “hunt” quite challenging. However, Rosa managed to find my dream apartment exactly in that neighborhood. She supported and took care of the negotiations, handover, and all bureaucratic steps. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.

Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Shirley and OKAY Property. I’d love to refer her/the company to my friends.
