We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Janis is very professional and upon viewing with her this time around, we were able to sign successfully and quickly with the help of her skills. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
