She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
