My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. Flo is extremely helpful and friendly. She supports not only in finding the apartment but getting fully moved in, connecting needed services and cancelling old ones. Great service, would highly recommend.
