I am Nisha Nair and newly relocated to Hong Kong for employment. You might know the efforts and workaround required to settle in a new country. I am fortunate to have met Mrs. Ingrid Lau, who made my apartment search comfortable and seamless. As a newcomer, I was overwhelmed and worried about how the transition took place. Ingrid understood my requirements in terms of proximity to the workplace, appliances in the house, house condition, budget, etc. I wasn’t much aware of the regulations around tenancy rules, how to set up the utilities, etc. Ingrid helped me tirelessly and extensively, from assisting in viewing different apartments to the final move-in. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner. Every single inquiry was answered promptly and clearly. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! She even got me the flat for a better price, I really didn't expect it! I will definitely be asking for Nina's assistance when I next have to move!

Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. On both occasions we have secured the apartments that we wanted- seen some great options and always had faultless communication.
