He really wanted to understand our situation and that resulted in very good search results. All the apartments we went to see were really suitable for us. Lot of time saving from us but also for Anil - so very wise way from him to work this way. All schedules were honored and as already mentioned all apartments were suitable for us - and we did find our new home with the help from Anil. In addition Anil is a very nice guy to work with, so the whole process was quite a pleasure. Totally recommended!

She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances.
