We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find.
