Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had. Her local knowledge was also very useful as she made some helpful suggestions for my future use once we move in. Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. Following the sale Jane subsequently found us a rental property which fits perfectly with what we wanted at this stage of our lives. Sales and rental, in both regards very happy customers.

I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective.
