He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.

I spent six months working with her to find the right place to buy and found her to be professional, hard working and ultimately successful. I definitely recommend her wholeheartedly.

She was professional and it was very candid and was not too salesy like most estate agents. Most agents would give up after showing 4 or five options.
