We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong.
