Royal Green - Tower 3 御皇庭 - 3座

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

We would like to thanks to Nita-san. She helps us looking for a new apartment in Kowloon Station and negotiating with potential landlords. Appreciate her efficient follow up and professional advice.

I am very pleased with the agency services from Helena. Helena is professional, efficient and detail-minded; she can also clearly communicated between the landlord and tenant which speed up the negotiations. I certainly would recommend her to my friends who need agency services with their properties.
