I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
