"When I first met Sonam, I was blown away by her responsiveness and attentiveness to my inquiries and questions. I have been renting for a few years now so I have very specific requirements about the new place that I am looking for, and she has been very accommodating with me from the start. She is great at handling negotiations and follow-up with the landlords to make sure my experience was comfortable. Even though there were a few hiccups during the process, and none due to Sonam's fault, she was able to resolve them quickly. I would highly recommend Sonam to anyone who is looking in the market. She is a GEM."

Florence is very professional, efficient and has been very helpful. OKAY.com is very lucky to have her as part of their team.

Extremely professional, friendly and genuinely cared about what our family was looking for in a home.
