Flo was very professional and so easy to work with. She was very efficient and always took into consideration everything I wanted as a customer. She remembers the small details, which is much appreciated! Finding an apartment that I liked was stress free and we managed to find one much quicker than I anticipated because I am quite picky. Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can.
