Landing in HK for the first time with a target to find a home with our 7 year old daughter was the target. Rosa nailed it!  The service level was second to none.  From the preparation before, viewings and the follow ups.  Rosa provides the full end to end service! 

Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Very professional but personal and friendly at the same time. Didn’t feel pressure as I have with some other realtors. Went above and beyond to make the whole experience very smooth, and was very understanding about certain situations when we needed help/assistance.
