Shirley is very professional and always has a smile on her face. She searched for a number of properties within the price range being attentive to the requirement. Easy to communicate with and nothing was ever any trouble despite my changes of mind. Many thanks for her help, I would highly recommend her to my friends if finding a house.

I was very happy to have Jayde as my letting agent. The whole process from offer to the final signing of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly and even when we came up against a few stumbling blocks, Jayde was very helpful and quick in coming up with solutions which worked for both me the landlord and the tenants. Fantastic service and a very stress-free experience. Thanks again, Jayde, for all your help!

Helena understands my needs and is always well-prepared. She is also very responsive and reliable. She helped me negotiate aggressively on the rental price and also the terms to make sure my benefits are maximised. I highly recommend Helena if you are looking for an apartment in Hong Kong.
