Stephanie from OKAY.com was a pleasure to work with. She promptly understood our requirements and ensured that we found a suitable home in no time at all. What made the service provided by Stephanie so special was not only finding our home, but what she did for us after. She went out of her way to assist, opening the home whenever I needed for measurements, or curtain suppliers—nothing was ever too much. Stephanie even assisted in organising some furniture items for us, knowing that our personal effects would be in transit for an extended period. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. I am sure will introduce my friend to Shirley:)
