We have had the pleasure of having Amelia as our property agent to rent a flat in July 2018. Our experience with her has been extremely positive: professional, sensitive, fast, taking care of everything even after closing the deal. We strongly recommend her!

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! Thank you so much Kerstin for helping us find our new home!

Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Lala and would use her again!
